Brenda Lee Seitzer, age 64, of St. Peter passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at her home. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the St. Peter Funeral Home. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the funeral home.

Brenda was born on June 23, 1954 to Thomas and Beverly Armstrong in Willmar, MN. After graduating from Willmar High School on June 1, 1972, she went to Lake Region Hospital, in Fergus Falls to further her education to become a Respiratory Technician. Brenda worked for 13 years at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park as a Sleep Technologist.

Brenda loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters. She enjoyed bonfires and being in the outdoors. Some of her most favorite hobbies included canning, and caring for the flowers in her garden.

Brenda is survived by her husband of 25 years, Merlin Seitzer of St. Peter, MN; mother, Beverly Armstrong, of Willmar, MN; sisters, Debbie (Kim) Larson of Willmar, MN and Jane Armstrong-Wick of New Prague, MN; children, Nathan (Erin) Beerling of Waconia, MN, and Alex Beerling of Rochester, MN; step-daughter, Angie (Chris) Glassel of St. Peter, MN; granddaughters, Grace and Claire Beerling; her beloved dogs, Miley, Lilly and Molly as well as many nieces and nephews. Brenda is preceded in death by her father, Thomas Armstrong and brother-in-law, Dave Wick.
