Donna Mae Frey

Donna Mae Frey, age 87 of St. Peter, died Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Rivers Edge Hospital in St. Peter.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am on Friday, September 28, 2018 at the Catholic Church of St. Peter with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, St. Peter. St. Peter Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Donna was born on February 1, 1931 in Le Center to Ambrose and Margaret (Germscheid) McCabe. She is a 1949 graduate of Le Center High School. Donna married Robert Kenneth Frey and they made their home in St. Peter. She was employed in housekeeping at Gustavus Adolphus College until her retirement. She was a life member of the VFW Auxiliary, and active with the Catholic Daughters. Donna enjoyed sports, bowling, cards, collecting frogs, gardening and having fun with her family and friends.

Left to remember Donna are her children: Sandra (David) Ulschmid, Debra (Richard) Landkamer, Brenda (John) Janni, Bobby (Tina), and Michael; 10 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister Betty Koch; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1990 and several siblings.
