Laurie Zallek Knight

Laurie Zallek Knight, age 56, of St. Peter died Sunday, September 23, 2018 at her home in St. Peter.

Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, October 5 at 11 a.m. at the Catholic Church of St. Peter in St. Peter. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will take place at Calvary Memorial Cemetery in Perham, Minnesota at a later date. St. Peter Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Laurie was born March 31, 1962 to Wallace and Barbara (Karp) Zallek in Mason City, Iowa. She graduated from St. Peter High School in 1980. Laurie married Dan Knight in 1985. Laurie’s passion was art. She was a member of St. Peter Art Center and Twin Rivers Council for the Arts. Laurie also enjoyed gardening, photography, fishing, spending time with her family, cooking, and she loved her cats.
