Jane Marie Molitor

Jane Marie Molitor, 81, of St. Peter and formerly Worthington, Minnesota, died July 25, 2017.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, July 31, at 11 a.m., at Church of St. Peter Catholic Church in St. Peter, Minnesota. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at church, beginning at 9 a.m. Memorials are preferred to Casa de Esperanza de los Ninos of Houston, Texas and St. Mary’s Catholic School in Worthington.

Jane was born October 12, 1935 to Paul and Rose (Sieve) Heinrichs in Wilmont, Minnesota. Jane and Dale were united in marriage on February 24, 1962 at Our Lady of Good Council in Wilmont, Minnesota. Jane was a homemaker, bookkeeper for the family business (Sorensen Sprayers), and a religious education teacher for over 25 years. She was a long-time member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Worthington, Minnesota. Jane enjoyed going to coffee with friends, laughing with her sisters, dancing with Dale, and cooking and baking. She will always be remembered by her family as a loving caretaker and mother and she adored her grandchildren.

Jane is survived by her husband, Dale; children: David (Diane) of Brandon, Florida, Susan of Houston, Texas, Richard (Jackie) of Kilkenny, Minnesota, and Douglas (Kate) of Inver Grove Heights; grandchildren: Elizabeth (Robert), Christopher, Peter, Katy, Alex, Nate, Ana, Akalie, Leo, and Gabe; and sisters, Vera, Vonnie, and Helen. Jane was preceded in death by her parents.
