Raymond "Jerry" Jewison

Raymond "Jerry" Jewison, age 64 of St. Peter died on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at his home. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, June 1, 2015 at First Lutheran Church in St. Peter. Visitation will be from 1:00 - 4:00 pm on Sunday at St. Peter Funeral Home Klein Chapel and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church Monday. Memorials are preferred to the Osman Shrine T-Birds in Mankato. Raymond Jerome was born on January 7, 1951 in St. Cloud to William Henry and Hilda (Kauppi) Jewison. He is a graduate of Rocori High School and his associate degree from St. Cloud Technical College. He worked for Brown Printing, sold real estate and was currently self employed as a delivery driver for Graybar. He was united in marriage to Karen Enz in May of 1974. They lived in St. Peter and he was a member of the Mankato Masonic Lodge, the Osman Shrine and T-Birds. He enjoyed camping, fishing, bird watching and sitting by the campfire with his cats and dogs. He especially loved his family, grandchildren and close friends. Left to remember him are his wife Karen; children Christina (Brian) Roussel of Port Allen, LA and Jason (Heather) of New Ulm; and Grandchildren: Anthony, Megan and Logan Jewison of New Ulm. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother James.
