Grace Eigenheer

Grace Hazel (Schultz) Danner Eigenheer, age 89 of Mankato died Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Pathstone. Funeral services will be Monday, May 4, 2015, 11:00AM at the Kasota Presbyterian Church, burial at Kasota Hill Cemetery with lunch following at the Church. Visitation will be one hour before services at the Church. St. Peter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. Grace was born on May 17, 1925 in Kasota to Stuart & Hazel (Hendrickson) Schultz. Grace graduated in 1943 from Cleveland HS. She married Bernard (Bud) Danner on June 15, 1946. She loved gardening and bird watching. After Bernard passed away in 1991 she married Donald Eigenheer in 1995 and moved to Joliet, IL. After Donald passed away in 1998 she moved to Hackensack, MN. In 2010 she returned to Mankato. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Lenertz of Hackensack; her son, Fred Danner of Cleveland; granddaughters: Lori (Brad) Maday of Mankato, Peggi (Anthony) Cortelli of Lancaster, SC, Tomi Lenertz of Hackensack and Angie & Libby Ehlers of Cleveland. Great-grandchildren: Rebeckah & Connor Maday, Aurora & Vienna Cortelli and Eric Ehlers; sister Nancy (Gerald) Swenson of Hackensack; brother Stuart (Luann) Schultz of Sparta, WI. She was proceeded in death by her parents; husbands: Bernard Danner and Donald Eigenheer; sister Caroline Schultz; son-in-law Steven Lenertz and great-granddaughter Shelly Ehlers.
