Audrey Boucher, age 87 of St. Peter, died on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at the Benedictine Living Community in St. Peter.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, November 8, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Peter. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, St. Peter. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. In Lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. St. Peter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Audrey was born near Blakely, MN to Conrad and Elmira (Karge) Johnson on July 17, 1926. She graduated from St. Peter High School in 1942. She married Floyd Boucher in July 25, 1945. They moved to Florida until Floyd got out of the Army in December 1945. Together they owned and operated Boucher Bus Service and Green Valley Mobile Home Park until 1977 when they retired. After they retired, they worked together to make and sell country wood crafts at stores and craft sales.
Audrey loved working side by side with her husband Floyd and spending time with her family. She was a kind and gentle lady and was loved by family and friends.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 68 years, Floyd; daughter: Susan (Stephen) Myhra; grandsons: Neal, Nathan (Amy) and Matthew Myhra; great grandchildren: Andrew and Megan Myhra; sisters: Shirley Jacobsen and Elaine (Kenneth) DeZeeuw; sister-in-law Louise Johnson and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother: Harris Johnson and brother-in-law Glenn Jacobsen.
