Linda Wilde, age 69 of St. Peter, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato surrounded by family.
Funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at First Presbyterian Church in Kasota with Chris Conlin officiating. Burial will be at Kasota Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. St. Peter Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Linda Joy was born on June 14, 1944 in St. Peter to Alvin and Myrtle (Hoppe) Haas. On August 27, 1966 she was united in marriage to Donald Wilde. She was employed several places, including: ADC, Midwest Electric, Alumacraft, Winco and the Good Samaritan Center. Linda enjoyed gardening, tending her many flower gardens, afternoon drives with Don, boating, camping and Sunday afternoons sitting by the fire watching NASCAR with Don and family.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 47 years, Don; children: Tammy (David Musser) of Pagosa Springs CO, Brian (Kyli) of Cook MN, and Kris Berger (Joe Bauer) of Faribault MN; grandchildren Brandon Berger, and Neila, Mankin, Elyse Wilde; sisters: Althea (Gene) and Susie (Harvey); and brothers: Leroy (Carol), Robert, Richard (Nancy) and Eugene (June).
