Regean A. Bresnahan, age 77 of Saint Peter, died Friday, October 5, 2007 at Grandview Good Samaritan in St. Peter.
Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 9, 2007 at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church in St. Peter with Rev. Matthew Rauh officiating. Burial will take place at a later date. Visitation with the family will be from 4-7:30 p.m., Monday at St. Peter Funeral Home-Klein Chapel and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Memorials are preferred to an organization of the donor's choice.
Regean was born in Granby Township, Nicollet County to Charles and Hertha (Hattie Wills) Volk on December 30, 1929. She married Richard (Dick) Bresnahan on July 12, 1948.
Regean is survived by her husband, Richard of St. Peter; three children and their spouses, Rita Kellen and husband Gene of San Angelo, TX, Ron Bresnahan and wife Monica of St. Peter, and Robert (Bob) Bresnahan and wife Doreen of Edina; eight grandchildren, Paul and Tracy Poncin, Rebecca and Bill Vernon, Bethann and David Rakowitz, Katie, Thomas and Valerie Bresnahan, Jay and Jamie Bresnahan; four great-grandchildren, Madeline and Derek Poncin, and Ace and Sarah Vernon.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a baby sister.
