Arllys Buesing

Arllys Rae Buesing, 85, of St. Peter, MN died Friday, May 20, 2011 at Immanuel St. Joseph Hospital in Mankato, MN.

Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at St. Peter Funeral Home " Klein Chapel with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery, St. Peter.

Arllys Rae Buesing was born June 25, 1925 in St. Peter, Minnesota to Raymond and Clarinda (Taurman) Goldberg. She graduated from St. Peter High School and in 1945 married Lee William Larson and they lived in Kasota, MN. She worked for the Johnson Uniform Factory in St. Peter, MN. Her husband passed away in 1972. In 1976 she married Lyle Henry Buesing and they lived a few years in Kasota, MN and then moved to Park Rapids, MN. Mr. Buesing died in 2001. Arllys and Lyle owned and operated a resort in Park Rapids. She then worked for 26 years at the Schwarzwald Restaurant in Park Rapids, MN until she moved in 2009 to St. Peter, MN to be closer to her daughters.

Mrs. Buesing is survived by son Gary (Gloria) Larson, of Pendleton, Oregon; daughters Linda (Doug) Anderson of St. Peter, MN and Diane (Brian) Bartz of Waseca, MN, step-son David Buesing of Park Rapids, MN and step-daughter Pam (Neil) Windorski of Brainerd, MN and 6 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; sisters Jean Miller and Joyce Matthews both of Lake Elsinore, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Lee Larson and Lyle Buesing, grandson Daniel Larson (2010), step-son Bradley Buesing, sister Cozette Rawlings, and brothers LeRay Goldberg and Charles Goldberg.
