Jane Elizabeth Thompson
Jane Elizabeth Thompson, age 91 of St. Peter, died on Sunday, March 9, 2014 at the Benedictine Living Community in St. Peter.
A memorial service will be held during the regular 10:15 am Sunday service, March 30, 2014 at Union Presbyterian Church in St. Peter with Rev. Andy Davis officiating. Urn burial will be later at Woodlawn Cemetery, St. Peter. St. Peter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Jane was born on December 13, 1922 in Fall River, MA to William and Gertrude Lang. In 1949 she was united in marriage to Herbert Bradford Thompson in Olivet, MI. They lived in St. Peter and Jane worked as a secretary in administration at Gustavus Adolphus College. She was also a member of Union Presbyterian Church.
Jane is survived by several cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband Bradford in 2011.
