Albert L. Passon

Albert L. Passon Jr., age 86 of St. Peter, passed on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

Albert Jr. was born December 29, 1937 in Staples, MN to Albert Sr. and Cleone (Dumpprope) Passon. He attended school in Staples until the 4th grade, then moved to St. Peter in 1948, where he attended St. Peter High School. Al served in the US Navy from 1955 to 1959, when he was honorably discharged. He was employed with Hallet Construction from 1959 until his retirement in 1987. Al married Delpha Teschendorf, of Henderson, on June 24, 1961. Together they raised two sons: David and Wayne. He was a member of Union Presbyterian Church, enjoyed time with his grandchildren, fishing, bowling, dancing, and camping.

Left to remember Al are his wife, Delpha; sons: David (Steph) and Wayne (Carrie); grandchildren: Brandon (Allison), Brittany (Chris), Colton, and Caysen; great grandchildren: Logan, Bennett, Maggie and Travis; sister Sharon (Glenn); and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters: Virginia and Janice; and brothers: Marvin and Robert.
