Beverly L. Habeck

Beverly "Bev" L. Habeck, age 89 of St. Peter, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2026 at the Benedictine Skilled Nursing Care Facility. 

Bev was born on December 11, 1936, to Herbert and Loretta Prail. Raised in Janesville, later attended Mankato Business School and spent over 20 years serving as the dedicated church secretary at St. Peter Lutheran Church. She was united in marriage to Darold H. Habeck on June 7, 1957. A woman of faith and community spirit, Bev loved gardening, reading, and volunteering her time. Most of all, she treasured her family and friends.

She leaves behind her husband, Darold; her daughters: Sara (Dan) Rasinski, and Darci (Rick) Monroe; three grandchildren: Morgan, Noah and Ben; her sisters-in-law: Jan, Char, and Harriet; and many extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her siblings: Bob, and Barb.

A funeral service will be held 2:00pm Sunday, August 30, 2026 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, St. Peter with Rev. Matthew C. Rauh officiating. A Private family interment will follow at a later date.
