Darlene M. Schmidt

Darlene M. Schmidt, age 83, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus on July 4, 2021.

Visitation is 4:00-8:00pm Friday, August 6th at the Church of Christ, Highway 99 in Cleveland. Celebration of Life is 11:00am Saturday, August 7^th with visitation one hour prior at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the family.

Darlene was born March 2, 1938 in St. Peter. She married James “Jim” Schmidt on July 7, 1956 and made her home in rural Cleveland until her passing.

Left to remember Darlene are her children: Jerry, Linda (Brad) Wilson, Gary (Marlene), Kenny, Glenn (Cindy), Jim Jr. (Jessica), Brian, and Lenny; 20 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; siblings: Veleta, Caroline, Nancy, Alden and Duane; and in-laws: Roger (Andrea) and Terry (Monica). She was preceded in death by husband Jim; son Larry; daughter Brenda; and granddaughter Kaylin.
