Ernest "Ernie" Sidney Anderson

Ernest “Ernie” Sidney Anderson, age 83, of Saint Peter passed away on Wednesday, October 30, 2019. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Monday, November 4, 2019, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Saint Peter, with visitation one hour prior at the church. Saint Peter Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.  In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Parkinson's Foundation or the American Cancer Society.

Ernie was born on June 7, 1936, in Dell, Minnesota to Paul and Sarah (Mikkelson) Anderson. He graduated from Frost High School in 1954.  Ernie was united in marriage to Patricia Pirsig on August 18, 1961, in Blue Earth, Minnesota.   

Ernie is survived by his wife of 58 years, Patricia Kay Anderson; daughter, Kimberly (Craig) Wiese; granddaughter, Elizabeth Wiese; siblings Larry (Ginger) Anderson and Beverly (Jerry) Hodson as well as nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
