Gary Lee Adams

Gary Adams passed away peacefully at Mankato-Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato MN.   

Memorial visitation is 12:30 pm - 2:30pm Friday, June 11th at St. Peter Funeral Home with a service to follow at 3:00pm. 

Gary worked at St. Peter State Hospital for 42 years, and served in the Army National Guard.

He had a lifelong passion for everything baseball, football and collecting sports cards since he was young.   He was a lifelong softball player through the summers.   His passion for football went from watching football to playing fantasy football with his children and grandchildren. 

Gary is survived by his wife of 51 years Mary (Fulghum) Adams.    His children Dan (April) Adams of New London, MN; Katie (Paul) Bridgers of Trimountain MI, Doug (Ann) Adams of Sartell, MN.  Grandchildren, Grace, Faith, Hope, Chance, Heather, Crystal, Noah and Natalie.  Great grandkids Thea and Jameson, and special family members Jon and Jessica Garberich and their children Bryce and Mia of St. Peter, MN.  Father Don Adams of Mankato, MN, Brother Jim (Jenny) Adams of Litchfield, MN, Sister Carol (Hal) Smith of Vancleave, MS, and Ken Adams of Mankato, MN.

Proceeding Gary in death are his mother Vera Adams, step-mother Evelyn Adams. Grandparents, Kenneth and Beulah Adams, and Vena and Harvey Hendricks.
