Joan Ann Bonham, beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away on June 18, 2026 surrounded by the love of her family.
Born on November 13, 1952, to Albert and Luella Krisatis, she was raised with the values of hard work, loyalty, and devotion that would define her throughout her life.
On August 18, 1973, she married the love of her life, Mike Bonham. Together they built a life centered on family, faithfulness, and unwavering commitment. Their marriage of 52 years was a testament to their enduring love and partnership.
A proud and devoted mother to her two sons, Richard and Paul, Joan found her greatest joy in caring for and supporting those she loved. She always made sure those around her were well fed and cared for, and few ever left her home hungry.
She had an independent spirit and enjoyed keeping busy, tinkering with things, and figuring out how they worked. She also enjoyed getting in the car and going for a drive, simply appreciating the road ahead. Joan found great joy in fishing and treasured the peaceful hours spent by the water. With a well-known sweet tooth, she never passed up the chance to enjoy a favorite treat.
More than anything, she will be remembered for her devotion to family, her caring heart, and the steadfast love she showed those closest to her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Luella Krisatis, and her sister, Betty.
She is survived by her loving husband, Mike Bonham; her sons, Richard Bonham and Paul (Amanda) Bonham; and many extended family members and friends who will cherish her.
No services will be held.
