Korrie L. Pasbrig

Korrie L. Pasbrig, age 61 of St. Peter, passed away surrounded by family at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis on Thursday, November 16, 2023.

 

Visitation will be held from 12:00-2:00pm Sunday, December 3, 2023 at St. Peter Funeral Home, followed by a gathering at the Red Men Club from 2:00-6:00pm with Red Men Honors at 3:00pm.

 

Korrie was born August 26, 1962 in Mankato to George and Margie (Davis) Pasbrig. He graduated from Mankato West High School in 1980 and attended South Central College, receiving his degree in sales and marketing. On October 16, 1982 he was united in marriage to Carol Anne Schlichting in Mankato. Korrie was employed at Don's Hobby in Mankato, and was currently employed at MICO in North Mankato. He was a member of the Red Men Club in St. Peter and had many hobbies he enjoyed including boating, snowmobiling, hunting, playing softball, cooking/grilling, golfing, and traveling; especially trips to the Ozarks. Most importantly, he loved time with his family.

 

Left to remember Korrie are his wife, Carol; sons: Kyle (Kari), and Cole; grandchildren: Kiora, Kali, Nathanyal, and Trenton; siblings: Dennis (Diana) and Kevin (Mary); mother-in-law Julie Schlichting; and other relatives and friends.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Bev; and father-in-law Don Schlichting.
