Margo Ann Brown

Margo Ann Brown, age 77 of St. Peter, passed away unexpectedly on October 2, 2026 following an automobile accident.

Funeral service is 2:00pm Friday, October 9, 2026 at Trinity Lutheran Church, St. Peter with burial at Resurrection Cemetery, St. Peter. Visitation will be 4:00-7:00pm Thursday at St. Peter Funeral Home and 1:00pm Friday at the church. www.saintpeterfuneralhome.com

Born on Dec. 5, 1948 to Gordon and Marjorie (Flitter) Robeck, she was a lifelong resident of the St. Peter area, a devoted wife and mother and a cherished grandmother whose kind presence touched everyone she met.

Margo graduated from St. Peter High School in 1966. She married Eldon H. Brown on Nov. 22, 1969 and they farmed in Oshawa Township. She was employed at various places in St. Peter, and for 28 years by the Nicollet County Administrator’s Office before she retired in 2015. Margo was also a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband Eldon; two children: Jeffrey Brown, and Julie Marthaler (Chad Sisco) all of St. Peter MN; five grandchildren: Sydney Marthaler, Patch Marthaler, Bailee Marthaler, Andie Marthaler, and Maxwell Brown; 2 brothers: Mark (Marlene) Robeck of Owatonna, and Marshall (Judy) Robeck of Coon Rapids; one brother-in-law and sister-in-law Leonard and Phyllis Brown of Grand Rapids; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents Gordon and Marjory Robeck.
