Randy Lee Menk age 70 of St. Peter, passed away Wednesday, August 5th, 2026, surrounded by his children, grandchildren, and special friend. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, August 21st, 2026 from 4-7pm at St. Peter Funeral Home. Memories will be shared by family and friends at 6pm.

Randy was born on March 29, 1956 in St. Peter, MN to Donald and Lois (Johnson) Menk. He attended St. Peter public schools and graduated high school in 1974. Randy served in the United States Army from 1975 to 1981. Randy was married to Karen (Langhoff) Giesler from 1976 to 1986. They were blessed with two children, Emily and Levi. He worked for several local companies including the St. Peter Creamery, Tellijohn Landfill and the Le Sueur Foundry before finding his true passion and starting his own business, "Randy Menk Construction." Randy enjoyed being a handyman to many, all you had to do is ask. Randy was known for his love of golf, foosball, darts, washers, cribbage, and any competitive games he was good at. Above all else he enjoyed time with his family and close friends.

Randy is survived by his children, Emily (PJ) Rezmerski and Levi (Paula) Menk; his long-time companion Jennifer Thiesse; four granddaughters, Jade (Toby) Turbes, Casey (Jake) Baynes, Olivia Rezmerski and Nevaeh Rezmerski; four great grandsons; his siblings Cindy Mines, Richard (Sue) Menk, Terry (Mary) Menk, and Tammy (Brian) Enter; nieces, nephews and many friends.

Randy was preceded in death by his parents; brother-in-law, Chuck Mines; nephews, Andy Menk, Ryan Mines, Jeffrey and Erik Menk.
