Stephen R. Morgan

Stephen “Steve” Morgan, age 80 of St. Peter, passed away September 14, 2026 at Benedictine Living, St. Peter.

Visitation will be 4:00-6:00pm Monday, September 21, 2026 at St. Peter Funeral Home. Private family burial will be at Calvary Cemetery, St. Peter. 

Stephen Robert was born March 24, 1946 in St. Peter to John A. and Freda A. (Gierke) Morgan. He was a lifelong St. Peter resident. He attended St. Peter High School and continued his education at Mankato State College. Steve enjoyed old cars and going to car shows. His passion was collecting old cars and toy cars. Along with his twin brother Tom, he amassed a huge collection of old toy cars and trucks. They were on TV when “The Pickers” visited to look over their collection.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents, and twin brother, Tom. He is survived by his sister, Sandra Pufpaff and brother John “Butch”, other relatives and friends.
